Pasir Ris East station will be the fourth station along the first phase of the Cross Island Line (CRL). The station will be built under Pasir Ris Drive 1, near the Pasir Ris East Community Club (CC), Pasir Ris Polyclinic and Pasir Ris Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) and stretches through the neighbouring housing estate to end at block 208.

Through the construction period, it is likely that the road will need to be diverted closer to the housing blocks. Privacy and noise reduction hoarding may be set up to reduce dust and noise pollution for the residents, among other mitigation measures.
