In a nutshell: Excavation works are underway at the northern launch shaft while diaphragm wall works are in progress at the southern launch shaft.

In a nutshell: Diaphragm wall works are continuing at the western end of the station.

CR8 - Hougang (Contract CR112)
In a nutshell: Excavation within the launch shaft has reached to the third level of concrete support rings. Diaphragm wall works continue at the southern end of the station and king post installation is progressing at the northern end.

In a nutshell: Diaphragm wall construction has begun at the Exit 2 site, in addition to the ongoing works at Exit 1.

In a nutshell: The temporary bus stop shelter along the westbound carriageway has been put into use. The site is ramping up for the commencement of diaphragm walling works. Concreting works are underway at the launch shaft.

In a nutshell: Recently the ground breaking ceremony for this section of the line was held at the station site. Pile tests have been conducted here recently.

In a nutshell: The contract for the CRL station was recently awarded, there are no on going works as yet.

CR16 - Maju (Contract CR206 & Advanced contract CR2016)
In a nutshell: Site clearing works are in progress as part of the advanced works contract for utilities.

In a nutshell: Demolition of the existing HDB blocks has been completed. The Clementi Police Division headquarters have also moved out to the former ITE College West Clementi campus.
