CR107 - Closing the road

Circular by LTA.

Annex A to above circular by LTA.

The first of several road closures within Pasir Ris is almost upon us. At the end of the month, a section of Pasir Ris Drive 1 between Drives 2 & 4 will be closed to road traffic to facilitate the construction of the Cross Island Line (CRL) Pasir Ris East station. In a circular to residents, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) has mentioned that the affected bus stops along Pasir Ris Drive 1 will be relocated along Pasir Ris Street 11 instead.

To manage traffic during the period of road closure, works have been done to provide alternatives to motorists. Pasir Ris Drive 3 has been widened and new connections with roads in Loyang have been created. Bus routes will have to be diverted through Pasir Ris Street 11 and 12 but details have yet to be released by SBS Transit, Go Ahead Singapore or the LTA. Do watch this space for further information once this becomes available.
